How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 1-4 business days from the shipping date. Our goal is to ship your products the day after your order. Please note that due to high workload on the part of the shipping company, delivery may sometimes take 1-2 business days longer.
What delivery options are available?
Once you have added products to your cart, you will be able to see and choose the shipping provider and available delivery options at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all the necessary information to track your package. This allows you to monitor the location of your package and get an estimated delivery time.

The tracking link is not working.
Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated by the shipping provider.
I have not received an order confirmation.
We send the order confirmation to the email address provided during the checkout process. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. It may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to be sent.
If you still haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. We will check if your order has been received in our system. If your order was processed, we can resend the confirmation email.
If your order was not recorded in our system, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate purchases.
I have not received my package.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check if all the information you provided was correct. You can find your stored address details in your order confirmation email.

Changing my order.
Once your order has been placed, it is immediately sent for processing in our warehouse. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make changes to your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel the entire order so you can place a corrected order. Please contact our customer service via the contact form for assistance.
Canceling my order.
Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it.
If your order has already been processed, you will need to receive it and return it as a standard return.
My order arrived damaged.
If any items from your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via the contact form.
Document the affected product and packaging with photos and send them to us. Once we receive and review the images, we will offer the best possible solution for your claim.
Please do not send the products back to us unless we have specifically requested you to do so.
I received the wrong item.
Before reaching out to us, please check your order confirmation and compare it with the items you received to ensure everything matches.
If something is incorrect, please contact us via the contact form and, if possible, send us photos of the incorrect item. Also, please provide the name of the missing product so we can resolve the issue.
Returning an item and withdrawing from the purchase.
A return is possible within 100 days of your order. To initiate a return, simply contact us via the contact form.
